Start-Up Fee: $150 (one-time payment)
Includes:
- Access to a custom app for tracking workouts and nutrition.
- Video exercise demonstrations.
- 24-hour in-app messaging for questions or concerns.
- Your personalized initial fitness and nutrition plan.
BASE PLAN
- 8 Sessions Per Month: $75 per session ($600/month)
- Weekly Zoom check-ins with weigh-ins and progress photos included.
ADDITONAL SESSIONS
- $70 per session (flexible add-ons to suit your needs).
