I am a RMT, mom to one human and 3 fur babies, a 500 hour Yoga Instructor (Hatha and Yin) and yogi/ workout enthusiast and almost a pilates instructor. I am a graduate from VCMT with further education in Systemic Deep Tissue by A. Ayaltin- which uses deeper pressure and targets whole body alignment issues present in the individual.

My massage practice includes working with, but not limited to, all age ranges and genders, relating postural/ alignment issues. I currently teach yoga online and am completing my Pilates certificate.
