Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is the science of movement and mobility. It is a treatment that helps to restore, maintain, or improve physical function and general health.
Physiotherapy is one of the most common treatments for injury or pain related to any part of the body. It can be used to treat a variety of conditions, such as muscular injuries, joint pain, back pain, and post-surgical recovery. Physiotherapy can also be used to help with rehabilitation after an injury or illness.
Physiotherapy is often used in combination with other treatments, such as exercises or massage therapy. The goal of physiotherapy is to help people resume their daily activities without pain or discomfort.
